Kim's Schedule
After making the very hard decision in 2011 to retire from teaching to take some time for surgery and getting my health back on track, I'm really happy to say that I'm begnning to feel great again! Because I've continued to receive well wishes and teaching requests throughout my recuperation time, I've decided to jump out of retirement and ease back into a limited travel schedule.
For those of you who previously had dates reserved on my calendar, I'm so appreciative of your understanding, and I'm hopeful that with this fresh start we may be able to plan future visits. To protect my new-found good health, my goal at this time is to 
plan one trip per month, with an occasional second visit planned from time to time. Please note that the dates listed below don't include travel time.
I'm looking forward to crossing paths with many of you again over scraps of fabric, sewing machines, and beautiful quilts!

A big thank you to everyone for giving me such a warm welcome back into teaching! At this time my calendar is completely full through the end of 2014, and I'm not currently scheduling any new teaching visits. I really appreciate your understanding as I try to maintain that perfect balance of travel and design time so that I can stay healthy and continue to produce the quilts and fabrics I love so much. As 2013 draws to an end, if I find I'm still feeling sassy and handling travel well, I'll begin planning new teaching dates for 2015.
